Is it true that dieters are at higher risk of having protein deficiency? - protein s deficiency more condition_symptoms
I always thought it was impossible to get enough protein to UT, I read somewhere that a diet to lose a lot of protein and it's really unhealthy and can fatigue, weakness, etc., also said that for this reason, food should be 10% of their diet protein diet than others. Is that true?
