Levaquin is an antibiotic of the quinolone (levofloxacin) in the blood after oral administration is well absorbed and then distributed in infected tissues in the body, your case is in the infected tissues of the bladder and urine. For this process to come into force for at least 24 hours to devote. then you start to feel a little better. It does take about 72 hours until 100% OK.
Meanwhile, YES, you can) AZO Tablets (1 tablet every 8 hours, to alleviate the symptoms, so you do not feel so comfortable.

Not sure if you can take AZO pills at the same time. I would ask you to call and pharmacists. It would be the best person to answer this question. Levaquin is a very strong antibiotic. You should first results within one or two days to see. I know it's unpleasant, but not see, relief in just a few hours. You have to allow time for the antibiotic to run through the body and begin to play. If you do not begin to see the results within 3 days, you must return to the doctor. I think we should start to discharge at some point tomorrow. Good luck.
