A consultant and assistant occupations are very different. As assistant to function strictly as an assistant, with very little contact with the patient to another and is usually in the Web video or therapist assistant. You do not make decisions about treatment or the progress of work ... highly regulated and directed by the PT or PTA. Your tasks may vary and most likely will be a combination of grants for the treatment of patients but may also be a variety of clerical and maintenance.

A wizard or the PTA, however, is a professional (in most states), mainly in direct patient care is under the remote supervision of the therapist involved. You do not need direct supervision, and depending on what state you live, you can change certain aspects of care such as adding new exercises or increasing exercise (if this is in accordance with the plan of care established by the PT).

... Aid is a technical position that generally pays a little more than the minimum wage and requires no formal trainingIng It is good work if you later want an assistant or a therapist. It is generally not as a life long career.

... Help is a professional who can lead a decent life and to do as a life-long career. In most states, you must have a license and pass an exam.

... Overall, I think that "training assistant" a waste of time and money and benefit people who want to enter the field of rehabilitation, but are not aware of the limited availability of aid for employment, wage and you do not need training as a magician.
