Beginner Exercise Program I Am Looking For A Beginners Exercise Program...?

I am looking for a beginners exercise program...? - beginner exercise program

Okay, here's the deal. My name is Chloe and I'm in the business of losing weight. I am drinking more water, adding more exercise and cutting calories. But I do not know exericse. I need a program that someone was sitting on the couch for a few years, can give a kick to the back for the year. =]
I need someone who can work together with me to plan a training program for one or two weeks. From there you can mix and match practice. Can somone please help me?

First, is the best way to lose weight, your heart was goin for a career or a good way for mean atleast 1/2hr per day.
Exercises such as the amount of squats and push-ups only tone your body (but not too much to do, I think dunt see u want to tank)

Their advice is another exercise in the morning B4 Brekky because it burns fat reserves instead of main meal, what would be, for example, if you move into the afternoon, so the TA can burn more fat and l 'energy from food.
